Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of the Agreement

Carefully review this User Service Agreement ("Agreement") before using PP EMU. By downloading, installing, launching, browsing, registering, signing in, or otherwise using the app or related services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part, stop using the Services immediately.

1.1 Effectiveness: The Agreement takes effect between you and PP EMU when you click "Agree" or otherwise indicate acceptance through use.

1.2 Acceptance Methods: Selecting an "Agree/Accept" option or installing, accessing, or using any part of the app constitutes acceptance.

1.3 Capacity: You represent that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction or have parental/guardian consent and have the capacity to enter into this Agreement.

1.4 Minors: Users under 18 must review the Agreement with a parent or guardian and use the Services under their supervision.

2. Service Description

2.1 Service Content: PP EMU is an iOS-based classic game emulator that allows users to load and run legally owned ROM copies.

2.2 Service Scope: The Service is provided solely as a personal, non-commercial tool. PP EMU does not include, provide, or distribute commercial games, ROM files, or other copyrighted content.

2.3 Service Changes: We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time, including adding features or imposing limits, without liability to you or third parties.

2.4 Availability: We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation; maintenance, upgrades, network issues, or other events may cause temporary interruptions.

3. Acceptable Use

3.1 Lawful Use: You agree to use the Service lawfully and are solely responsible for the content, including ROMs, that you load or run.

3.2 Prohibited Conduct: Do not upload ROMs without rights, reverse engineer the app, use it commercially, infringe others' rights, or engage in unlawful activity.

3.3 User Content: You retain ownership of content stored through the Service but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, and display it solely to operate the Service.

3.4 Content Review: We may remove content or suspend/terminate access if we detect violations or unlawful material.

4. License Grant

4.1 Grant: Subject to compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to install and use the app on iOS devices you own or control for personal, non-commercial purposes.

4.2 Scope: All rights not expressly granted remain with PP EMU.

4.3 Restrictions: You may not copy, modify, sell, rent, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the app, or remove proprietary notices.

4.4 Termination: The license terminates automatically if you breach the Agreement; you must cease use and delete all copies.

5. Privacy

The collection and use of personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review the latest version.

6. Disclaimers

6.1 "As Is": The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no guarantees regarding uninterrupted operation or suitability.

6.2 No Warranties: We do not warrant that the Service meets your requirements, will be error-free, or that results will be accurate.

6.3 Use at Your Own Risk: You bear all risks associated with using ROMs through the Service.

6.4 Third-Party Content: We are not responsible for third-party websites or services referenced by the app.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we and our affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, or licensors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data, or goodwill.

8. Termination

8.1 By You: You may terminate this Agreement by ceasing use and uninstalling the app.

8.2 By Us: We may suspend or terminate access if you breach the Agreement or for business reasons.

8.3 Effect: Upon termination, all licenses end and you must delete all copies of the app.

10. Other Terms

10.1 Entire Agreement: This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy and Payment Agreement, constitutes the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of PP EMU Services.

10.2 Language Versions: If there is any inconsistency between the English version and other language versions, the English version prevails.
